gidara bugyal is the most underated meadow trek in india with one of the highest meadows you will trek on, larger than its famous twin dayara bugyal. Situated at a high elevation of 13800 ft it has magnificent view of Bandarpoonch, Gangotri I & III, Draupadi Ka Danda, Jaonli, and Srikanth with more closer than dayara bugyal. it is also known as the secret meadow trek in himalayas because it is not so famous as compared to its twin dayara because it is 20 km from dayara and difficult.
why gidara bugyal
if you want a place which is not crowded so gidara bugyal is best place situated in the uttarkashi district of uttarakhand there are very few people who do trekking here because of its difficulty, with beautiful secenry it is also sutiable for natural enthusiasts. you have to walk on a adventurous ridge to get there and it is one of the best part of the trek.
When you head towards the first campsite of Gidara Bugyal trek i.e. Rikoda, you go through the dense forest area under the shade of trees.
The trail is steep and on the way are Gujjar huts. Glance of their lifestyle is a delight of this trek.
The hot springs of Gangnani lies on the path to Bangeli. Take a short break here and spot devotees refreshing themselves while going to Gangotri.
The pure hot water springs are maintained well which makes it a perfect rejuvenating spot after the treacherous trek.

8.Comfortable waterproof Trekking/Hiking shoes that come with a thick sole and high ankles
9.Camp shoes such as sneakers/sport shoes

`13.Cap / floppy hat to keep the strong sun away from your face, Sun glasses with UV protection and ability to cut the glare (important when traversing through snow)

Booking and payment policies
- you can either make the entire payment at once or pay an amount of Rs.2,000 per person in advance at the time of booking.
- The remaining payment to be made when you meet us at the pickup point or you can also pay at the base camp on the first day of the trek.
- You can make the payments for the booking via Google Pay, Phone Pay, cash, or bank transfer.
- The last date for the booking will be closed 5 days prior to trek departure.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy for Brahmatal trek
If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
